If you live in the UK, you don't need to use a proxy.
Here are the instructions:
1. Use a proxy like http://2m4u.com/ and http://unblocker.biz/ and https://defilter.co.uk/
2. Type in the proxy or search engine http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=2116
3. Log in to stardoll.
4. Scroll to the bottom and choose an answer.
5. Click 'enter competition'
6. Leave the proxy as usual and go on stardoll and it should be in your suite.
