If you live in the UK, you don't need to use a proxy.
Here are the instructions:
1. Go to an English proxy like http://2m4u.com/ and http://unblocker.biz/ and also https://defilter.co.uk/
2. On the proxy or search engine, type in http://www.stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/jessiegbGift.php
3. Log in to stardoll.

4. Leave the proxy and it should be in your suite when you go to your suite.
