If your from England, you don't need to use the proxy.
Here are the instructions:
1. Use an English proxy like http://2m4u.com/ and http://unblocker.biz/ and also https://defilter.co.uk/
2. Type http://www.stardoll.com in the proxy or search engine.
3. When your on stardoll, log in.
4. On the proxy or search engine, type in http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2190
5. You should now be on a lady gaga contest. You have to scroll to the bottom and dress her up. Make sure you save!

6. Go off the proxy. Go back to your suite and there should be some leggings with musical notes on them.
